From $10. The price is set by the driving distance between pickup and drop-off, up to 20 km, and you see the full price before you pay. There is no surge pricing and no hidden fees.
Most deliveries are done the same day, often within the hour. A nearby driver accepts the job, collects your item and drives it straight to you; the drive itself depends on the distance. Your tracking link shows a live arrival estimate once the driver is on the way. If no driver has accepted within 30 minutes, we contact you so you can keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.
Most everyday items: parcels, shop orders, documents, keys, food and groceries. Items must be legal, safe and worth $500 or less. See the Terms of Service for the full list of items we can't carry.

Your tracking link shows each step. The driver hands it over with your PIN if you chose one, or leaves it in a safe place and takes a photo.
